1. Who we are

black-coffee.com is run by Dennis Goedegebuure. For privacy questions, reach out via DM on X.

2. What we collect

• Payments. Processed securely by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, payment amount, country, and the brand name you typed for a sponsorship. Card details never touch our servers — see Stripe's privacy policy.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager — page views only, and only if you accept statistics cookies. IP anonymization is enabled.
• Consent choice. A first-party cookie (bc_consent) remembers your cookie choice for 12 months.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell personal data. We don't run ads. We don't build profiles.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time — reach out via DM on X and we'll handle it. You can also withdraw cookie consent anytime via the cookie settings link in the footer.

5. Retention

Payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting (up to 7 years under Dutch law). Analytics data follows Google Analytics' default retention.
